In December 2020, A&Y Construction started working at Petram Resort & Residences. The project consists of a unique apart-hotel with an “infinity” rooftop pool and 179 accommodation units also includes 55 villas and 3 residential buildings with 6 apartments. The “Infinity” rooftop pool will be 105 meters long, which is also the second largest rooftop pool in the world, just behind the pool at the top of the Marina Bay Hotel in Singapore.
