In July 2020, A&Y Construction started working at RIO Rijeka complex; a residential, office and commercial project on the site of the former RIO clothing industry. A&Y Construction will work on construction of two underground garage floors, the commercial center next to the garage and 3 residential buildings consisting of 9 to 14 floors.
