From December 2019 to September 2020, A&Y Construction worked as a sub-contractor Kamgradin Valamar Pical Hotel, the largest single investment in Croatian tourism. When completed, Valamar Pical will be a five-star luxury hotel with 514 accommodation units, which will include the largest hotel event center in Istria with a congress capacity of 1,200 guests.
